Introduction

The Physical Inventory application was created and compiled using the Compsee Apex III & IV Program Generator.

This software has been designed to allow the user to easily change data prompt names and disable unused data

prompts from the Apex III & IV PDT.

Overview and Purpose

The Physical Inventory software package is an application designed to collect information such as, location and

quantity of items in a parts center.

Main Menu Screen

The Physical Inventory Main Menu is the first screen to appear on the PDT when the user starts the application

software. This menu contains two options, Collect Data and display Utilities Menu. Menu options are executed by

pressing the corresponding function key located beside the menu text. The operator can press the F10 function key

on the PDT to quit the current application software and return the DOS prompt or calling Program.
